Since founding Elevare in 2017, Jorge L. Matamoros has led the delivery of high-end development across South Florida—spanning luxury residential, multi-family, high-rise, commercial, hospitality, medical, casino, and resort projects. He has overseen more than $3B in new development and contributed to multiple high-profile landmarks throughout the region.

With a Degree in Engineering, Minor in Architecture, and a Master’s in Engineering, Jorge couples design fluency with technical rigor. He also holds five professional licenses across the construction and real estate arenas, enabling true end-to-end stewardship—from preconstruction strategy to turnkey delivery.

Jorge’s mission is simple: deliver results and professionalism where others drop the ball.
